In this a 2-part lesson we will note that healing is an apart of your Kingdom assignment and purpose in the earth. And to mediate on the word of Lord to produce a strong conviction of faith to walk in your healing.

Part 1 – Healing as a Kingdom assignment
We are here to do the work of the Lord and carry out the instructions Jesus left us. In John 14:12, Jesus spoke to us about the works we would perform and the ministry of healing is a part of that work. We are here strategically to manifest the character of Christ and the Kingdom of God. When we heal – we cure, we make whole, and make safe those who are threatened with destruction.

1 Corinthians 12:24-30 NIV Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28 And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? 31 Now eagerly desire the greater gifts. (bold and italics mine)

You are placed in the body of Christ to manifest what is written in the aforementioned text. You are ordained and authorized to heal yourself and others rightfully as your personal assignment. Healing is your characteristic as a kingdom citizen. We are to speak life and be life. Healing my friends is a service we perform as stated in Strong’s Concordance (reference number
G2323).Luke 5:17 KJV and it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them. (bold and italics mine)

Theses scriptures are to demonstrate or provoke faith to receive healing and administer healing.

Part 2 – Healing through meditation

It is our responsibility to address the discomforts of our lives. The woman with the issue of blood confronted her thoughts and decided to believe. The etymology of the word healed is of the word is “safe” which is “so-zo” in the Greek that is to say, “I am kept safe.”

Confess I am kept safe, I am healed.

Matthew 9:19-21 KJV And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

Luke 8:47 I know I will be made whole (Your conviction made you whole)
conviction of the truth of anything, belief; in the NT of a conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, generally with the included idea of trust and holy fervour born of faith and joined with it

A knowing is an internal thing. You can’t lay hands on my knowing. You can’t preach to my knowing. My knowing comes directly from the Holy Ghost! In other words when there is no interference with your faith is produces the confidence of knowing.

Meditation of your faith in God brings healing. Faith is translated “belief”. The woman with the issue of blood by her strong belief took these measures. In my own words I believe she boldly determined, “I’m not going to take any chances that you or anyone here would permit me to be present my condition is seen as a defilement. So, I am creating an agreement inwardly whether you are conscious of it or not I am kept safe, I am healed.” Therefore, she touched Jesus in faith that it was to be, become, come to pass, exist, or happen with one touch.

At what point are you going to change the atmosphere in your mind in your faith that your body is healed? Which means preserved, from destruction, to be saved from suffering. (lexicon definition) Also read Psalm 103 in its entirety.

Faith. Its chief significance is a conviction respecting God, His Word and the believer’s relationship to Him. Healing requires “firm persuasion” which is a conviction based upon hearing (akin to peitho, “to persuade”), Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Finally, I will include, be strong in your worship God the Father as the ultimate source of your life and is exalted above any report you may receive. Worship is also a part of how you meditate. It exceeds anything earthly is a spiritual act that invites the presence of Lord which changes everything.
